Your week of meals, planned and priced at Kroger or Walmart.
DeliverDish is a free meal-planning web app. Tell it your tastes, allergies, household size, and how much you like to cook, and it writes a complete weekly meal plan, builds the grocery list, prices every ingredient at your chosen store — Kroger or Walmart — and fills your cart in one tap.
What is DeliverDish?
Meal planning usually means three separate chores: deciding what to cook, turning recipes into a shopping list, and guessing what it will all cost. DeliverDish does all three in one place. It uses AI to write a multi-day meal plan around your preferences, consolidates every recipe into a single de-duplicated shopping list, and then matches each ingredient to a real product at your nearest Kroger or Walmart — with live prices — so you see your week's grocery total before you shop.
It's built for busy households that are tired of the "what's for dinner" scramble, budget-conscious shoppers who want to cook around what's actually on sale, and anyone planning meals around allergies or dietary restrictions.
How it works
- Tell us about your household. How many people you're feeding, which meals you want planned (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), your tastes and goals, any hard dietary restrictions, an optional daily calorie target, your cooking skill level, and your ZIP code so we can find your local store.
- Get your plan. DeliverDish writes a full multi-day meal plan with recipes, step-by-step directions, prep times, and per-meal nutrition (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber). It checks what's currently on sale at your store and builds meals around those ingredients where they fit.
- Review your priced shopping list. Every ingredient across the week is consolidated into one list, organized by category, and matched to a real product at your local store — including current sale prices — so you know your total up front.
- Fill your cart in one tap. Connect your Kroger account and DeliverDish adds the whole list to your Kroger cart, ready for pickup or delivery. Prefer paper? Email the plan and list to yourself instead.

Frequently asked questions
Is DeliverDish really free?
Yes. Every feature — plan generation, real store prices, cart filling — is free. There is no premium tier, no trial, and no credit card required.
Then how does DeliverDish make money?
Through affiliate commissions. We are a member of affiliate programs, including Walmart's program operated through the network Impact.com, and we may earn a commission when you follow our links to a retailer or open a pre-filled basket at walmart.com. This costs you nothing and does not change the prices you pay. We build plans around your stated preferences, restrictions, and budget rather than around what pays us, and you are free to pick either retailer or neither — but you should know the relationship exists.
Which stores does it work with?
DeliverDish prices your list at Walmart, or at Kroger and its family of stores, including Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith's, Fry's, QFC, and Dillons. Enter your ZIP code and pick your store.
Do I need a Kroger account?
You need a free DeliverDish account to generate plans and see prices. Connecting a Kroger account is only needed for the one-tap "fill my cart" step at Kroger; Walmart opens a pre-filled cart instead.
What if I don't like a meal in the plan?
Keep the meals you like and ask for replacements for the rest — tell it what you'd rather eat and it regenerates just those meals.
